Discs have become the most reliable media for archiving your data. Unfortunately, more and more notebook vendors choose to leave the optical drive out of their notebooks in favor of slim designs. Verbatim has the solution with the Ultra HD 4K Blu-ray Writer with its super slim, brushed metal enclosure, ideally suited for use with a notebook or ultrabook. Use it to create a back-up of all the important files that you don't want to lose, family pictures, videos, accounting documents, and more. The bundled Nero Burn and Archive software*, featuring DiscSpan, MediaHome, and SecureDisc Technology, simplifies organization, burning, and archiving. *Nero Burn & Archive is only suitable for PC

• Blu-ray writer gives you a remarkable backup capacity to record and playback superior quality video
• Double-layer media supported; means that you'll burn 2 different layers on the disc thus greatly increasing (literally doubling) the storage capability
