Axiscore ships from our network of 20+ regional distribution centers spread across the continental United States. Most orders leave the dock within one business day and arrive in 1–3 business days.

Free shipping on all orders

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum order value. Free shipping applies to both individual buyers and bulk purchase orders.

Faster than you'd expect. Because our inventory is positioned across 20+ regional distribution centers, 90% of the U.S. population is within overnight ground delivery range. Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days.

Volume pricing on commodity items

For high-volume commodity items, we offer tiered pricing that gets meaningfully better as you buy more. The same paper clip, ballpoint pen, sticky note pad, or file folder costs less per unit at case quantity, and less again at pallet quantity.

The volume pricing table appears on every commodity product page. You'll see the three tiers, and the cart automatically applies the best tier rate based on the quantity you order.

Volume pricing applies to most office, breakroom, janitorial, and personal care commodity items. Furniture, technology, and freight-flagged items use single-tier pricing.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination and which distribution center your order ships from. Typical ground delivery windows:

  • 1 business day: Most addresses within 200 miles of a distribution center
  • 2 business days: Most addresses in the eastern and central U.S.
  • 3–5 business days: Western U.S., rural addresses, and locations served by secondary carriers
  • 5–10 business days: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes from different distribution centers depending on stock location. Each shipment is tracked independently.

Order cutoff and processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on observed holidays ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 4–8 hours to appear in carrier systems after the initial scan.

Tracking your order

You can track your order in two ways:

  • From your account: log in and view your order history with live tracking
  • Without an account: use our order tracking page with your order number and email

Freight delivery for large or heavy items

Certain items — furniture, large appliances, bulk paper, and other oversized or heavy products — ship via freight carrier instead of standard ground. Freight items are flagged "Ships Freight" on the product page. Freight orders include the following considerations:

  • Curbside delivery is standard. Lift-gate service, inside delivery, and white-glove options are available for an additional charge — contact us before ordering.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment 24–48 hours in advance.
  • You or an authorized representative must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
  • Inspect all packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt before the driver leaves — this is required for damage claims.

Backorders and out-of-stock items

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll notify you by email within one business day with an estimated availability date and the option to:

  • Wait for the item to come back in stock (we'll ship as soon as it's available)
  • Substitute with a comparable in-stock item
  • Cancel that line item and refund the difference

Important notes

Save your shipping materials. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements. If you need to return an item, you'll need the box and inner packaging.

  • We ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
  • Signature confirmation is required on orders over $500 by default. Contact us before ordering if signature confirmation needs to be waived.
