Ordering & Pricing
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your email and shipping address. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save payment methods, and reorder. Government and education buyers who order regularly will want an account to streamline PO submissions and tax exemptions.
What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum for credit card orders. Purchase orders carry a $100 minimum order value, net of shipping and tax.
How does volume pricing work?
For commodity items — paper clips, pens, sticky notes, file folders, and similar — we offer tiered pricing that gets significantly better at case and pallet quantities. The same product costs less per unit when you buy more, because shipping a case costs nearly the same as shipping a single box.
Each commodity product page shows three pricing tiers. The cart automatically applies the best tier rate based on how many you order. For example, a box of paper clips might run $11.56 at single-box quantity, $1.94/box at case quantity (12 boxes), and $1.28/box at pallet quantity (48 boxes).
Volume pricing applies to most office, breakroom, janitorial, and personal care commodity items. Furniture, technology, and freight-flagged items use single-tier pricing.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Call 800-294-7995 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. We can help with bulk orders, special requests, or buyers who prefer not to order online.
Can you quote a large order before I commit?
Yes. Email csr@axiscoreonline.com with your item list and quantities. We typically return quotes within one business day. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within the same business day they're placed, provided they haven't entered the fulfillment process. Contact us at csr@axiscoreonline.com or 800-294-7995 as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard ground shipping is free on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, with no minimum. Freight delivery for oversized items (flagged "Ships Freight" on the product page), expedited shipping options, and shipments to AK/HI/PR/territories may carry additional charges.
How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 3:00 PM ET and arrive in 1–3 business days. Because our inventory is positioned across 20+ regional distribution centers, 90% of the U.S. population is within overnight ground delivery range.

Do you ship to AK, HI, PR, or U.S. territories?
Yes. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories typically takes 5–10 business days. Some shipping surcharges may apply depending on item weight and dimensions.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
Where's my tracking information?
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the email address on file. Tracking can take 4–8 hours after shipment to appear in carrier systems. You can also track from your account or via our order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Email csr@axiscoreonline.com or call 800-294-7995 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within one business day.

How long do I have to return an item?
30 days from the delivery date for most items in original, unopened, resalable condition. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes — standard returns carry a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund. The fee is waived when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or when the return is due to an error on our part. Bulk and freight items may carry a higher manufacturer-set restocking fee.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. For PO orders billed NET 30, refunds appear as credits applied to the customer account or future invoices.
Government & Education Buyers
What contract vehicles is Axiscore on?
GSA Multiple Award Schedule (Contract 47QSMS26D002Z), FedMall (Supplier ID 111112972), Goodbuy ESC Region 2 (Contracts 26-27 2B000 and 26-27 6Z000), and we accept direct purchase orders and BPAs from any qualified government, education, or nonprofit buyer.
Can you accept a purchase order?
Yes. We accept POs from federal, state, and local agencies, school districts, universities, cooperative members, qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and commercial buyers with established credit. Standard terms are NET 30 with a $100 minimum order. See the Purchase Orders page for submission requirements.
How do I get tax-exempt pricing?
Email your state-issued exemption certificate to csr@axiscoreonline.com. We'll add it to your account within one business day. See the Tax Exempt page for the full process.
What socioeconomic certifications does Axiscore hold?
Axiscore is an SBA-certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Black-owned, and Illinois MBE certified. State certifications in DC (CBE), Virginia (SWaM), and Maryland (MDOT MBE) are in progress. We're a Black-owned business headquartered in Washington, DC.
Account & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank transfer, government Purchase Cards (P-Cards), wire transfer, and NET 30 purchase orders for qualified buyers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors using TLS encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign In" at the top of any page, then "Forgot password." We'll email you a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check spam or contact csr@axiscoreonline.com.
