Weatherproof 300D oxford polyester outer shell with breathable PU coating that resists water and wind, for dry comfort all day. Inner jacket with 100 g 3M Thinsulate lining. Inner jacket zips out and sleeves zip off to create Class 2 thermal vest. Features 2 ANSI-compliant reflective stripes for nighttime visibility. Other features include inset hood with drawstring and stoppers, two external front pockets with snap flaps, cell phone chest poacket and dual mic tabs for clipping radios.
