Commercial-grade dishwashing detergent is designed with the most concentrated level of powerful surfactants, generating a thick, rich layer of suds that will last for the duration of the job. Detergent works to form surfactant micelles that stay suspended in wash water to provide micro-reservoirs of reserved cleaning power. Use 1 to 2 oz. of detergent for a 10-gallon sink. Professional formula leaves surfaces and areas smelling lemon fresh.
