ROCPrime® 769® Damp Proof Alkyd Primer is Rust-Oleum's flagship primer, designed to bond tightly to rusted metal and provide excellent rust and corrosion protection. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, this modified alkyd primer requires minimal surface preparation and ensures a strong surface for topcoats to adhere to. Can be applied as low as 32°F.
